ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the founding team as its first sales hire and help build the revenue engine for an AI-powered real estate technology product. You will prospect, qualify, and close customers while developing repeatable sales processes alongside the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect real estate agents, commercial buyers, and brokerages through high-volume cold calling and provided lead lists.

• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and close subscription deals using your real estate sales knowledge.

• Follow up with leads, reschedule meetings, and conduct sales calls for meetings booked through advertising.

• Refine sales scripts, messaging, and targeting based on market feedback.

• Identify process gaps and build scalable sales workflows and systems.

• Share customer and market insights to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of experience in real estate sales or selling to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages.

• Demonstrated high-volume cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing experience, ideally with subscriptions or recurring revenue.

• Experience using CRMs, dialers, automation platforms, or AI-enabled sales tools.

• Comfort learning and selling AI-powered technology.

• Experience contributing to outbound sales, sales process improvements, or go-to-market strategy.

• Ability to work independently in a small or early-stage team with limited structure and help create repeatable processes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a full-time, commission-only role. Compensation includes 25% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue for each customer you close, for as long as the customer remains active. The listed annual compensation range is $60,000 to $110,000, and a strong performer is expected to earn approximately $86,000 annually, with uncapped upside. Visa sponsorship is not available.
