WHAT YOU’LL DO

Office Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, such as:

• Ordering and restocking snacks, drinks, coffee, and office supplies, and tracking budget spend

• Managing outside vendors and deliveries

• Keeping shared spaces and meeting rooms in good shape

• Managing any office equipment that needs repairs or replacements

• Helping finish setting up and decorating our new office

Workplace Experience & Culture

• Help plan, book, and coordinate logistics around our monthly team events

• Celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries, and look for small ways to make the office a place people want to be

Office Visits Support

• Support visiting customers, prospects, and talent with logistics and coordination, so they leave with a great first impression of Harmonic

• Manage office access systems and badging

WHO YOU ARE

• Highly organized, reliable, and strong at project management. You keep many things moving and nothing gets dropped

• Scrappy and with a "get shit done" attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excited to work in person at our Chelsea office 20 hours a week (~4 hours per day), with flexibility for occasional events

• Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Bonus: 1+ YoE in office management, workplace, front desk, or event operations, ideally at a fast-growing startup

• Bonus: Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion
