The Opportunity

• This is an outbound-focused role where you'll be on the phone, in inboxes, and on LinkedIn every day generating pipeline for our Account Executives across the LivTech portfolio. As LivTech acquires new businesses, you get new brands to represent, fresh markets to break into, and a faster path to promotion than a traditional BDR role — with promotions available in your first 16 months.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach.

• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.

• Hit daily activity targets (around 75 calls and 25+ emails per day).

• Work in tandem with Marketing on campaigns and tactics.

• Work closely with Sales to refine your approach and share feedback on what’s working.

What You'll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in a role built around reaching out to people you didn’t know — outbound sales, customer success with a hunting component, or similar.

• Strong communicator, comfortable and confident on the phone and clear and concise in writing.

• Understanding of what good outbound looks like: research, personalization, persistence, and timing.

• A coachable mindset and motivation to improve your own performance metrics.

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong, and a bachelor’s degree, are a plus (not required).
