Job Summary

The Platform Enablement team sits within Technical Services and serves as the strategic

and technical advisory layer across Nexxen’s platform offerings. Platform Enablement

Leads partner directly with clients, Sales, Client Success, Product, Analytics, and Data

Product Consulting to maximize platform adoption, accelerate business outcomes, and

shape future product innovation.

This role combines deep platform expertise with strategic measurement and insights

responsibilities. In addition to driving technical enablement and campaign performance,

Platform Enablement Leads develop customized measurement approaches, deliver

actionable business insights, elevate client sophistication, and act as trusted advisors

across the campaign lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Enablement and Client Leadership

• Partner within assigned account pod(s) to drive strategic initiatives including testing

roadmaps, measurement strategies, optimization frameworks, advanced tracking

methodologies, and adoption of Nexxen portfolio products.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams by identifying

opportunities to improve campaign outcomes, platform utilization, and long-term

account growth.

• Facilitate strategic client engagements including business reviews, product

workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations.

• Develop points of view on marketplace trends, industry changes, and emerging

Opportunities.

Measurement, Research & Analytics Strategy

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Nexxen measurement capabilities and third-

party research solutions.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to determine optimal measurement

approaches based on campaign goals, available data, feasibility, and expected

Value.

• Support measurement planning including:

o Study design recommendations

o Testing methodologies

o Incrementality strategies

o Attribution approaches

o Cross-platform insights

• Analyze and present measurement findings to clients, highlighting:

o Key learnings

o Business impact

o Optimization opportunities

o Future recommendations

• Support activities to identify success stories and develop scalable case studies and

best practices

• Support gathering market intelligence to synthesize trends into recommendations

for Product and commercial teams.Campaign Performance and Platform Optimization

• Lead campaign optimization efforts alongside trading teams to establish scalable

best practices.

• Identify opportunities for experimentation and continuous improvement.

• Develop testing plans and learning agendas to improve client outcomes.

• Support advanced campaign troubleshooting and performance diagnostics.

Advanced Platform Support and Technical Enablement

• Serve as the escalation point for advanced platform questions, technical

investigations, and issue resolution.

• Participate in ongoing education programs to ensure sustained platform

Proficiency.

Desired Characteristics / Skills / Experience

Strategic & Analytical

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into business

recommendations.

• Experience building measurement frameworks and delivering insights from

complex datasets.

• Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into compelling narratives.

Platform & Technical Expertise

• Experience with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, optimization platforms, and

measurement ecosystems.

• Technical troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.

• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and

Client teams.

• SQL and data querying experience preferred.

• Tableau, Datorama, BI, or visualization experience preferred.

Communication & Consulting

• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders through consultative recommendations.

• Experience facilitating workshops and strategic client conversations.Research & Measurement (Preferred)

• Familiarity with campaign effectiveness studies and third-party measurement

methodologies.

• Experience working with attribution, incrementality, brand studies, audience

measurement, or cross-channel analytics.

• Understanding of digital and TV media ecosystems.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, analytics, measurement,

consulting, platform enablement, or related fields.

• 3+ years of hands-on programmatic experience including campaign design and

optimization.

• Demonstrated experience translating data into strategic business

recommendations.

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant

experience.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $110,000 - $135,000. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
