We run Meta and Google ads, produce creative that actually converts (including CTV), and act as strategic partners for brands that want real growth, not vanity metrics. Our team has managed hundreds of millions in ad spend and helped more than 1,000 brands launch and scale.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, competitive SDR/BDR to fill our closer's calendar with qualified sales calls. You'll be the first conversation most prospects have with Chamber, so you'll need to be confident, curious, and good at getting people talking about their business.
Your day will be split between two things:

• Warm leads. Inbound inquiries, content downloads, referrals, and people who've already raised their hand. Your job is to reach them fast, qualify them, and book the meeting.

• Database outreach. Working our existing lead database through calls, email, LinkedIn, and text to reengage past contacts and uncover new opportunities.

You won't be running the full sales cycle. You'll set it up so our closer can win it.
What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and book qualified discovery calls

• Make outbound calls and send follow ups across phone, email, SMS, etc.

• Qualify prospects on budget, ad spend, goals, and fit before handing off

• Keep the CRM clean and up to date so nothing slips through the cracks

• Hit weekly targets for conversations, booked meetings, and show rates

• Share what you're hearing from prospects so we can sharpen our messaging

Who You Are

• 1+ years in an SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or similar sales role (agency or marketing experience is a big plus)

• Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to founders and marketing leaders

• Handle rejection well and keep going

• Organized and disciplined about follow up

• Curious about how businesses grow and interested in digital marketing

• Coachable and hungry to move up

Nice to Have

• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM

• Familiarity with Meta ads, Google ads, or ecommerce

• Background selling to DTC brands or B2B services

Compensation

• $ 40k base salary + no cap commission ($80k OTE)
