PROJECT MANAGER

We pride ourselves on covering every detail, every time. Our Project Managers oversee a range of client projects from kick-off through completion. Key responsibilities include client communication, collaboration with design and production departments, and vendor management to ensure all client engagements are facilitated successfully, on time, to quality standards, and on budget.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager manages a high volume and variety of client projects from handoff through completion. This role primarily collaborates with Design, Production, Sales/Account Management, and Accounting to ensure all client engagements are delivered successfully, on time, on quality, and on budget. The Project Manager is the day-to-day point of contact for clients on their assigned projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management. (50%) Manage a high volume and variety of client projects to ensure completion on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. This work may include but is not limited to:

Financial Management. (25%) Manage project budgets and billing for assigned projects. This work may include but is not limited to:

Client Communication. (25%) Proactively manage all aspects of client communication for assigned projects. This work may include but is not limited to:

Environment

The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free office. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position is not expected to require any overnight travel.
