About the job

ABOUT CREATED WOMEN

Created Women is a Christ-centered nonprofit serving women impacted by sexual exploitation, trafficking, addiction, homelessness, and trauma. We are seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead our organization through its next season of growth and impact.

The Executive Director partners closely with the Board of Directors and staff to provide leadership in strategic planning, program oversight, fundraising, financial stewardship, team development, and organizational sustainability. This individual serves as the primary spokesperson for the organization and leads efforts to achieve annual fundraising goals and special campaign initiatives.

As a faith-based ministry, we seek more than a strong nonprofit executive. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature leader who demonstrates integrity, compassion, and discernment; is committed to prayer; and is comfortable offering pastoral support, biblical encouragement, and spiritual leadership to residents, staff, and volunteers.

This is an opportunity to lead a well-established organization with an annual budget of $1-2 million while advancing a mission that transforms lives.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Director provides strategic, operational, financial, and spiritual leadership for Created Women.
