About CSI Group
CSI Group is a leading financial services firm transforming how America's middle class experiences financial security. We enrich lives and legacies by providing personalized financial planning, tax, and estate solutions that empower individuals and families to achieve lasting prosperity. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to simplify financial security and remove uncertainty for America's middle class.
Role Summary
The Growth and Development Advisor owns the prospect experience from first contact through onboarding and drives the ongoing growth of the assigned client (“members”) base.
Each Growth and Development Advisor supports a team of tax advisors and financial advisors serving approximately 5,000 to 8,000 members. Growth means a focus on prospects becoming members.. Development means making sure the members we already serve receive the full value of what CSI Group offers. The majority of this role is development.
This is a connector role. It is not an advisory position and does not provide advice, deliver services, or close business. It works alongside the advisory teams to identify opportunities, make the right introduction at the right time, and ensure no member receives less value than we are capable of delivering.
This is a newly created position with genuine autonomy to shape how it works. It is ideal for someone who is energized by people, confident on the phone, curious about data, and motivated by building something rather than inheriting it.
The Growth and Development Advisor reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
