What the DMV Services Coordinator Does

The DMV Services Coordinator is responsible for executing all vehicle-related documentation and compliance processes for APAA. This role ensures that vehicle titles, registrations, tags, and related paperwork are prepared, processed, and maintained accurately and in full compliance with Alaska State DMV regulations and applicable federal laws. The position also supports vehicle inspections, listing accuracy, appointment coordination, and customer service related to DMV transactions.

Working Conditions & Schedule

This position operates in a fast-paced, administrative, client-facing environment that requires consistent attendance, adaptability, and attention to detail. Some work may occur indoors and outdoors, depending on vehicle inspections and client needs. Occasional overtime may be required. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45 am - 5:45 pm (8-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid break)
