About Ayoroa Simmons

Ayoroa Simmons is a geospatial, BIM, and reality capture firm founded in 2016 and built on technical delivery and client success. The firm captures and models the built environment for owners, designers, and builders who need accurate existing conditions. Services span terrestrial LiDAR scanning, Scan-to-BIM, BIM and VDC coordination, UAS photogrammetry and LiDAR, survey and geomatics, and GIS.

Clients include higher education institutions, data center developers, institutional owners, state and local government agencies, departments of transportation, and federal and Department of Defense agencies. Work has taken the team across the continental United States, and the Caribbean, where the firm maintains a subsidiary operation.

Ayoroa Simmons is a small business with a team of more than thirty professionals. The firm holds prime contracts with federal agencies and delivers under commercial and public agreements.

The opportunity

The Director, Geospatial Practice owns the growth of the geospatial division and represents Ayoroa Simmons in the market. The division has grown on the strength of its delivery. The role suits a licensed professional who has carried technical authority with clients and now wants to own the commercial side of a practice.
