BONFE - PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER

$80,000 - $100,000 annually | Full Time | South St. Paul

**Plumbing Journeyman's License Not Required But Highly Preferred**

As a Plumbing Service Manager , you’ll lead and support a team of plumbing technicians responsible for residential service, repair, installation, and maintenance. You’ll help drive department performance while ensuring technicians have the training , coaching , resources , and support they need to succeed.

What You Can Expect:

• $80,000-$100,000 annually . Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, leadership background, and demonstrated ability to drive performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily department operations, including reviewing performance metrics, prior-day results, and priorities.

• Conduct department meetings and participate in daily operations huddles to maintain alignment and accountability.

• Provide ongoing technical, customer service, and Nexstar training to develop technician skills and performance.

• Ensure team members understand and consistently follow Bonfe processes, systems, and standards.

• Monitor department performance through daily metrics, reporting, and performance logs.

• Identify performance gaps and develop and implement coaching plans to support individual and team development.

• Participate in the On-Call rotation and provide leadership support when needed.

• Support the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary processes for the department.

• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment focused on customer experience, employee development, and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

• Required: 5+ years Previous management or leadership experience.

• Experience leading and developing employees.

• Plumbing License or experience not required but highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management , organization, and prioritization.

• Ability to use technology and business systems to identify challenges, improve processes, and support team performance.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong analytical , problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and productive manner.

• Strong service orientation with a focus on both customer and employee experience.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust, develop talent, and lead by example .
