Position Description

Title: Marketing & Communications Manager

Department: Resource Development

Reports To: Vice President of Resource Development

Hours: FT Exempt/Salaried

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Marketing & Communications Manager develops and executes an integrated marketing and communications strategy that strengthens awareness of Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern North Carolina (BGCSENC), communicates the impact of our programs, engages donors and community partners, and supports organizational fundraising and strategic priorities. As a key member of the Resource Development team, this position serves as BGCSENC's primary brand steward and manages digital communications, social media, website content, email communications, podcasts, marketing collateral, public relations and donor stewardship communications.
The Marketing & Communications Manager works collaboratively with Resource Development, Community Engagement, Operations, Programs and organizational leadership to ensure BGCSENC communicates a consistent and compelling story across our six-county service area.
