Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Concrete Supervisor to lead field crews, coordinate projects, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support Foremen and concrete crews on multiple projects

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules

• Review plans and help develop efficient project execution strategies

• Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress

• Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and punch list reviews

• Resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward

• Maintain project updates in Procore

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leading concrete construction crews

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications

• Organized, accountable, and driven to deliver results

• Procore experience is a plus
