About the job

About InterAgency Inc.

InterAgency Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing water resource consultancy specializing in infrastructure planning and environmental compliance across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. Over our 15-year history we have provided facility design, regulatory coordination, NEPA and Clean Water Act permitting, and program management support on multibillion-dollar deep tunnel programs, biosolids facility upgrades, coastal resilience projects, and drinking water access initiatives.

Position Overview:

InterAgency Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to help a large public utility client build and manage their SharePoint environment for a multi-year program. We are looking for a highly motivated, process-driven, and detail-oriented professional to design and implement the program’s SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions, and then serve as the day-to-day steward of the steady stream of design, construction, and program records generated by utility staff, consultants, contractors, and partners.

This role requires close coordination with the client’s IT managers, program management, and engineering staff to establish the program’s information architecture and governance and migrate and organize existing content. After the design and implementation, this role will be responsible for ongoing monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvements to the SharePoint environment as the program evolves. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing order to complex information and communicates clearly with technical and non-technical users.
