Summary

We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicer II who combines mortgage servicing knowledge with something just as important: a commitment to great member service.

In this role, you’ll work with portfolio and Fannie Mae mortgage loans while helping ensure payments, escrow accounts, taxes, insurance, payoffs, and other servicing needs are handled accurately and on time.

This position involves primarily non-manual labor. Reliable, predictable, on-time attendance is essential, particularly to assure duties are fulfilled. The associate will spend most of the working time sitting, standing or walking, including significant time using computers. Position requires repetitive hand movements, the daily ability to focus on several tasks at one time, analyze data and draw conclusions, quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations, analyze and explain complex information, communicate frequently with others in person, over the phone, via electronic communications, and in group presentations. The associate must be able to travel regularly among the branches supervised. ​The position may include occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
