Location: Midland, TX | West Texas & Southern New Mexico
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor / Owner Operator
Compensation: Keep up to 90% of billed revenue

Position Overview
We are leasing on experienced Class A CDL owner operators for frac sand, oilfield, dry bulk, and aggregate hauling throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico.
Multiple lease-on programs are available depending on the insurance and equipment you already have or need support with.
Owner operators can keep up to 90% of billed revenue , with weekly pay and trailer rental options available.
Owner Operator Programs
90/10 Split
Keep 90% of billed revenue when you provide your own commercial insurance and equipment.
88/12 Split
Keep 88% of billed revenue when you provide your own commercial insurance but need a trailer/equipment option.
85/15 Split
Keep 85% of billed revenue when you need insurance and equipment support.
Program eligibility depends on the insurance, equipment, and operating support required.
Work Details
- Weekly pay
- Local and regional oilfield hauling
- Routes typically 30–200 miles
- Approximately 2–3 loads per day depending on demand
- West Texas and Southern New Mexico
- Flexible assignments based on customer demand
- Dispatch support
- Trailer rental available
What You’ll Haul
Loads may include:
- Frac sand
- Dry sand
- Wet sand
- Cement
- Ash
- Aggregate
- Other oilfield and dry bulk materials
Equipment may include:
- Dry sand hoppers
- Hopper-bottom trailers
- Wet sand belly dumps
- Pneumatic trailers
- Double-box chassis
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Road-ready Class 8 tractor
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Acceptable DOT/MVR driving record
- No accidents within the past 12 months
- Must meet applicable DOT requirements
- Current DOT medical certification
- Must meet applicable insurance requirements
- Professional communication with dispatch and customers
Preferred Experience
Oilfield and frac sand experience is strongly preferred, including experience with:
- Frac sand hauling
- Oilfield trucking
- Dry bulk hauling
- Hopper-bottom trailers
- Belly dumps
- Pneumatic trailers
- Cement hauling
- Aggregate hauling
Experienced Class A CDL owner operators from other trucking backgrounds may also be considered.
