CDL-A Frac Sand Driver – Oilfield / Local & Regional

Location: Midland, TX | West Texas & Southern New Mexico
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $3,000
Typical Weekly Earnings: $2,500–$4,000
Compensation: 25% of weekly billed revenue
Routes: Local and regional, typically 30–200 miles
Pay: Weekly
Equipment: Sleeper truck and trailer provided

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for local and regional oilfield hauling throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico.

You do not need to own a truck or trailer. The semi truck, trailer, fuel card, maintenance, and insurance on company-provided equipment are supplied.

This opportunity is a strong fit for experienced CDL-A drivers with backgrounds in frac sand hauling, oilfield trucking, dry bulk, pneumatic trailers, hopper bottoms, belly dumps, regional trucking, or OTR driving .

Oilfield experience is preferred but not required for every qualified driver.

Loads may vary based on customer demand and can include:

Equipment may include dry sand hoppers, hopper-bottom trailers, wet sand belly dumps, pneumatic trailers, and double-box chassis .

Requirements

Preferred Experience

Previous experience with frac sand, oilfield hauling, dry bulk, pneumatic trailers, hopper bottoms, belly dumps, cement, or aggregate hauling is preferred.

Experienced regional and OTR Class A CDL drivers may also be considered and trained.
