No previous food industry experience is required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

Your Schedule

First Shift: 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM

• 5-6 days per week

• Monday through Friday, plus one weekend day

• Approximately 40-55 hours per week

What You'll Do

As a Processing & Packaging Associate , you'll play an important part in keeping our daily egg-processing operation running smoothly and ensuring our products meet Nature Pure's quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Package eggs according to company quality standards

• Monitor date codes to ensure they are correct and clearly legible

• Inspect products and remove items that do not meet quality standards

• Safely and accurately stack pallets

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation

• Work with automated processing systems and plant equipment

• Assist team members throughout the shift to keep production moving efficiently

• Perform daily cleaning of equipment, buildings, and work areas

• Complete required documentation and production records

• Able to commute to the Raymond / West Mansfield area

• Authorized to work in the United States

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
