REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SOUTHWESTERN UNITED STATES

ROLE OVERVIEW

Kwik Lok’s Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are responsible for driving revenue growth within their assigned territories. This position will cover the Southwestern US territory, which includes California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. If the RSM is bilingual (English and Spanish), Mexico and South America may also be included within the Southwestern territory. Success in this role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, a business development mindset and a relationship management focus.

The RSM will manage existing accounts, cultivate new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets of existing and new solutions. The RSM plays a critical role in expanding the company's market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
