About the job

Medical Practice Manager – ENT/Allergy (West Chester, PA)

If you have already run a medical practice and are ready for broader ownership, this is an opportunity to lead busy on-site ENT/allergy specialty practices across Glen Mills, Chester, and Media, PA, with 7 physicians and a 37-person team. The manager is based in the West Chester area and regularly covers all three offices. You will own the daily operating rhythm of the offices, the financial and performance picture of the practice, and the process improvements that help clinical and clerical teams work better together—with the support of a growing physician-led specialty-care platform behind you.

The Opportunity

This is not a first-time manager role. The right person has already led a medical practice and is ready to take the next step: owning the business rhythm of the offices, partnering effectively with physicians, and creating a stronger operating model for both clinical and clerical teams.

You will report to a Group Practice Manager and work closely with practice physicians and operational leadership. The environment is active, patient-centered, and sometimes fast-moving. It is best suited to someone who can balance the urgent needs of the day with the longer-term work of improving workflows, staffing, financial performance, compliance, patient experience, and team communication.
