YOUR MISSION

The Contracts Manager will serve as a member of the Prime Contracts Function, supporting U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community (IC) contracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle—from proposal support through award, post-award performance, and closeout. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Contracts, this role will work closely with program managers, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure contracts are properly structured, administered, and closed in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

This is a hands-on role in a small, growing Contracts department. You will manage an assigned portfolio of contracts with support from the Sr. Manager, Contracts and serve as a key point of contact with government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives. The ideal candidate brings practical government contracts experience, sound judgment, and the initiative to operate effectively in a lean organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will be a proactive and energetic Contracts professional who combines hands-on DoD and/or IC contract administration experience with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across a growing company. Strong interpersonal skills are essential: this role requires close collaboration with program managers, engineers, finance, and other non-contracts stakeholders.
