Position Overview : The Elementary Campus Intervention Teacher provides targeted academic support to students in grades 1–5 through individual, small-group, and classroom-based interventions. Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and instructional leaders, the Intervention Teacher uses student data to identify learning needs, implement effective interventions, and monitor progress to ensure student success.
