Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

Position Summary

The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day leadership, execution, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of Construction Resources' enterprise infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations , this position serves as the Director's right hand and primary infrastructure leader , translating infrastructure strategy and organizational priorities into successful technical execution.

The Senior Manager leads the Systems Administration and Systems Engineering functions and is responsible for coordinating infrastructure projects, establishing technical standards, managing operational priorities, and ensuring that enterprise infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business.

This position requires a combination of people leadership, technical depth, project execution, operational discipline, and strategic thinking . The successful candidate should be capable of leading technical teams and complex initiatives while also stepping into detailed technical discussions when necessary.
