About the role:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Compliance, the Sr. Compliance Associate supports the development and implementation of programs, policies, and practices to help ensure that business units' activities follow regulatory requirements. This role assists in maintaining programs, policies, and practices related to regulatory compliance in support of broader compliance objectives. Helps track laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and supports the implementation of necessary changes, in consultation with the Advisory team members supporting Small Business (SMB) and Consumer lending businesses.

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here .
