About the job

Grassroots Analytics (“GA”) is a political tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers in fundraising for progressive campaigns and causes. To facilitate that work, GA maintains a detailed database on more than 20 million active, left-leaning American donors, including data on net worth, ideological preferences, political donation history, non-profit donation history, demographics, and contact information. Our overall mission is to use that data to amplify forward-thinking voices, causes, and people.

On GA’s Digital Team, our team of digital experts works to democratize fundraising and set new standards for innovation. We can – and do – try something new every day, thanks to the power and scale of our database.

We’re seeking a Nonprofits Digital Strategist with the flexibility, creativity, and confidence of nonprofits experience to deliver for both peer to peer clients and full-service programs in our Digital Lab. This is a position designed for growth, as the Strategist develops a balance of independent leadership and 360º project management with a team of collaborators.

You’ll have the chance to work with a wide variety of nonprofit accounts, ranging from small, local organizations, all the way to major international organizations.
