About the job

RCLCO is one of the nation’s most respected real estate consulting firms. Founded in 1967, we provide strategic and analytical guidance to clients across the real estate industry, helping them make informed decisions about development, investment, and long-term strategy.

The Real Estate Economics (“REE”) team is RCLCO’s original consulting practice and the foundation on which the firm was built. The REE team combines market, economic, demographic, consumer, and financial analysis with a practical understanding of real estate development to help clients evaluate opportunities and develop strategies for projects, communities, and markets.

Our work spans market feasibility, development strategy, financial analysis, long-range economic planning, and consumer research, among other areas. Recent examples include strategic market analysis for Titletown in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin ; master-planning work for the Union Printers Home ; and economic development consulting for the District of Columbia’s Downtown Action Plan .

We are looking for driven, analytically minded students to join the REE team for a paid Summer 2027 internship. Interns contribute to active client engagements, work alongside experienced consultants, and build a practical foundation for a career in real estate.
