Build and Lead a New Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic!

At Results Physiotherapy with Ascension Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, you can advance your leadership career while continuing to make a meaningful impact through exceptional patient care. We're seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for our newly established Elizabethtown location.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up while maintaining an active clinical role. As Clinic Director, you'll shape clinic operations, mentor and develop clinicians, build community relationships, and foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Our outpatient orthopedic practice is designed to support a wide range of patient needs, including orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation. As the Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to establish the foundation for long-term success while helping grow the clinic's presence throughout the Elizabethtown community.

What You'll Do as a Clinic Director

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff

• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care

• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling

• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners

• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth

• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

• Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

• Leadership experience preferred

• Passion for developing others required
