Why You’ll Love Working Here

Why ShipHawk?

About the Role

The WMS Implementation Engineer is both a technical expert and a domain expert in warehousing responsible for onboarding customers onto ShipHawk’s Warehouse Management System. You’ll play a key role in implementation projects end-to-end — from discovery through go-live — translating complex operational requirements into effective software configurations. Along the way, you will also collaborate with customers to review their operational processes and adjust as necessary to get the most out of our WMS solution.

You’ll combine customer consulting, system configuration, and some basic project management to deliver exceptional implementation experiences. Most engagements are remote, though some may require on-site support.

This role requires hands-on experience implementing WMS solutions , experience with the core practices in warehousing, and strong SQL skills for configuration, data validation, and issue resolution.
