At Smith Douglas Homes, we pride ourselves on being one of the fastest growing home building companies in the country. We are looking for Summer 2027 Sales Interns to join our team. We have open opportunities across our various Divisions located throughout the Southeast and Texas.

Position Summary:

Smith Douglas Homes is excited to offer an 8-week Summer Sales Internship Program designed to give college students hands-on experience in residential new home sales. This immersive program allows interns to work directly with New Home Sales Specialists and community teams, gaining real-world exposure to customer engagement, sales operations, and the homebuilding industry.

This internship is ideal for students interested in sales, marketing, real estate, business, or construction-related careers who want practical, professional experience in a customer-facing role.
