Location: 7600 Better Way, Frisco, Texas
Shift : Full-time Days, Monday-Friday, 8 hour days with flexiblity
Requirements : 2 years recent/current ED experience in an acute care setting trained in Trauma Center and Triage
PREFERRED: 5 years of recent/current ED experience in an acute care setting and two years of Charge Nurse

• Job Summary
• Your role as Nursing Supervisor involves supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high patient care levels. Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities.
• Essential Functions of the Role
• Working closely with members from different professional fields to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assessing how effective the nursing practices are and infusing practices and research discoveries that are evidence-based.

• Efficiently managing resources to promote safety within the healthcare system.

• QUALIFICATIONS
• EDUCATION - BSN degree
• MAJOR - Nursing
• EXPERIENCE - (2) Two Years of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• PREFERRED: 5 years of recent/current ED experience in an acute care setting and two years of Charge Nurse
