Overview
This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Bakery Kitchen Staff member (Back-of-House Production) is responsible for the daily preparation, mixing, and baking of all menu items behind the scenes. This role focuses entirely on culinary execution, speed, and maintaining an organized kitchen. Working directly under the Bakery Lead , you will handle raw ingredients, operate commercial baking equipment, and ensure that fresh products are consistently ready for the retail floor and patients

Shift: Full-Time

Licensure : Food Handler within 180 days.
Experience : Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, catering operation, or high-volume bakery.
Certifications : None.
Other : Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.

Preferred Education : High school diploma or its equivalent.
Preferred Certifications : Serve Safe Certification.
