• Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX
• Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Position Overview:
• Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.
• Position Highlights:
• · Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14days off (7 PM – 7 AM)
• · Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
• · Work autonomously alongside a well-established team
• · Utilizes EPIC EMR system

• Qualifications:
• · Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
• · Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
• · Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

• QUALIFICATIONS
• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -
• Physician Assistants (PA)

ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
