Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Site Administrative Coordinator to support our airport maintenance operations at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, Texas.

In this role, you'll be a key partner to site leadership, combining administrative coordination, financial reporting, payroll support, and employee assistance to help keep our operation running efficiently.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage both financial and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You'll Do
As the Site Administrative Coordinator, you'll serve as an important resource for the Site Manager and operations team, helping ensure financial accuracy, organized processes, and efficient daily operations.

Work Schedule & Environment
This position primarily follows a Monday–Friday daytime schedule , offering a consistent workweek.
Occasional additional hours may be required to support business needs, particularly during month-end financial closeout, billing, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
The position is primarily office-based at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), supporting an active airport maintenance operation.
Occasional visits to operational areas may be required, with potential exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, airport vehicles, and aircraft. All applicable safety and security procedures must be followed.
Physical requirements include standard office activities, occasional walking and standing, and the ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range:
$42,100.00 - $64,500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
