Position Overview

The Community Manager serves as the on-site business and operational leader for an assigned Core Spaces community. This role is responsible for driving property performance through effective leadership, financial accountability,` operational execution, leasing performance, resident experience, and team development.

The Community Manager oversees all aspects of community operations and exercises independent judgment in balancing resident needs, operational priorities, financial objectives, staffing resources, and business goals. Success in this role requires strong leadership, accountability, decision-making, and the ability to drive results while maintaining an exceptional resident experience.

The Community Manager partners closely with residents, parents, university stakeholders, vendors, maintenance teams, and corporate partners to ensure the community operates efficiently, achieves performance goals, and delivers a best-in-class living experience.
