- Randstad is partnering with a well-established commercial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high quality projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
- With a strong pipeline of work secured, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team and work across commercial construction projects valued up to $30M.
- The Role
- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of your projects from procurement through to completion.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and package negotiations
- Administer subcontract agreements, variations, claims and progress payments
- Prepare and manage contract correspondence and commercial documentation
- Assist with project cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
- Monitor project budgets and commercial performance
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Experience & Qualification • Minimum 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
- Experience working on projects up to $30M
- Strong understanding of subcontract administration, procurement and variations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages and competing deadlines
