• Job Description:
• The Health Fitness Representative provides exceptional customer service by assisting members and guests with registrations, facility tours, program information, equipment use, and general inquiries.
• Education Qualifications:
• No education requirement

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and victors
• Conduct facility tours and explain available services, programs, classes, and equipment
• Assist customers with registrations, service inquiries, and general questions in person and by phone
• Demonstrate the safe and appropriate use of facility equipment
• Monitor the facility to promote safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established guidelines
• Train new fitness staff in the policies and procedures of Essentia Health
• Depending on the location, duties could also include: Performing fitness assessments and consultations, Interpreting and formulating personalized exercise programs for members, Teach exercise and fitness classes as needed

• This is a casual, or as needed, position at Center for Personal Fitness - Esko, with an opportunity to cover at Miller Hill Health Plaza in Duluth as well.
• Hours of Operation:
• Esko: 5:30am – 8:00pm Mon - Thurs, 5:30a – 7pm Friday, 8am – 12pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays.
• Duluth: 5:30am – 10pm Mon – Fri, 7am- 6:30pm Sat & Sun (arrive 30 min prior to open!, shift splits at 12pm on weekends.

• Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire
