The Field Quality Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in upholding the integrity and craftsmanship of RK’s steel erection and field construction projects. This position focuses on implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, and supporting field teams with training and process improvement to ensure all work meets rigorous industry codes and internal expectations.

Working alongside project teams, you’ll help develop and maintain quality systems that drive consistency and compliance in the field. Position Summary
The Field Quality Compliance Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all construction and erection sites. This role ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications by developing, implementing, and auditing field quality procedures. The position collaborates cross-functionally with project stakeholders to uphold product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
