Injury Prevention and Ergonomics Analyst - Hybrid

Under the direction of the IP&E Manager, the IP&E Specialist manages programs for injury prevention, reduction and promotion of health at a regional level. The position will provide project management to new and existing programs in cooperation with the IP&E Manager to decrease caregiver harm through engineering, administrative, and work practice controls. The position will collaborate with IP&E Managers, IP&E Senior Analysts, Supervisors, Coordinators, Caregiver Health, Workers' Compensation and Return to Work, and local leadership to provide efficient and cost effective inter and intra facility services and training for ergonomics, safe patient handling, and other injury reduction services.
