Patient Service Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Service Specialists work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

At our Allergy & Immunology Clinics, we treat some of the most common and overlooked concerns in the U.S., helping patients manage with proper treatment and therapies.
