The Surveillance Director is responsible for the overall direction, administration, and effectiveness of the Surveillance Department. This position ensures the protection of company assets through the monitoring, detection, investigation, and documentation of activities involving cheating, theft, fraud, embezzlement, violations of company policies, internal controls, and applicable gaming regulations. The Surveillance Director develops and maintains departmental procedures, ensures compliance with all federal, state, and gaming regulations, and works closely with regulatory agencies, Security, Compliance, Human Resources, and Operations to support the integrity of gaming and non-gaming activities. This position provides leadership, training, performance management, and operational oversight for Surveillance personnel while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
