The FCSD, Director of Strategy & Transformation will own the development and delivery of FCSD’s strategy — driving alignment, accelerating execution, and building the organizational capability to compete and win in a rapidly evolving market. The preferred candidate has prior experience in VP, Director, or Principle-level roles within a top-tier management consulting firm or an in-house strategy function at a global company. This will be a people leadership role based in Dearborn, Michigan.
