About the job

This position provides medical care for residents to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times within a safe environment; assists with activities of daily living, offers emotional and social support, and attends residents overall physical comfort and well-being; also provides communication between medical providers, family members, and facility team for coordination of care. This position is available for Full-Time (PM & NOC shift), Part-Time (PM or NOC shift), or On-Call.
