Position Summary: Hoffman Construction is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to represent the HR Team as the primary HR resource on the project site for employees. This person will collaborate closely with the project leadership team to ensure the company's people-practices are aligned with the business objectives. This position will provide tactical HR support that enhances organizational culture, boosts performance, and drives business success through people-centric initiatives. Key functions include tactical partnership, talent management, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and performance management. This role reports in person full-time to the project in Amarillo, TX.
