The Senior Manager, Commercial Estimating for MVS & LVS provides leadership, technical guidance, and cost analysis support to the Cost Engineering organization throughout the quotation and sales process, with a focus on Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards, Busway, and Skidding. This position is responsible for managing cost engineering activities across multiple product lines, ensuring accurate and timely estimates, supporting competitive pricing, and maintaining technically sound proposals that meet customer requirements. The Senior Manager oversees and provides leadership direction for two subordinate managers, assisting with hiring, onboarding, coaching, workload alignment, performance expectations, and overall management direction for their teams.
