Sr Customer Service Associate

About the job

Serve as a customer contact for multiple divisions and accounts for the Electronic Division and the Retail Division, within Resideo. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, issues, order changes, RMAs, and credits. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments and stakeholders, such as, but not limited to, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales Representatives, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing tasks including order entry, expediting orders, changing orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
