The Scientist - Quality (.26) position is responsible for leading activities related to the assessment, development, reformulation, quality, maintenance, and enhancement of coating products through the planning, execution, and analysis of complex technical projects and experiments. The incumbent will have opportunities to demonstrate leadership by driving strategic quality and innovation initiatives, developing solutions to complex product and process challenges, and leading multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. This role provides technical expertise and support to internal customers including management, manufacturing, sales, quality, and commercialization teams, while also partnering with external customers to deliver innovative coating solutions, improve product performance, and support business growth.
