This position will lead a talented Accounting Specialist team and help power the financial backbone of a dynamic portfolio of sponsored programs, contracts, and internal operations at SWORPS. As Accounting Manager, you'll drive accuracy, compliance, and process excellence while mentoring staff and strengthening internal controls. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a collaborative, solutions-focused professional ready to make a lasting impact.
LOCATION - This position is Hybrid and requires reporting in person in Knoxville with the ability to work from home 1-2 days a week after an initial training period.
SALARY - This is a non-exempt, grant funded position with an anticipated salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
