As the TCSEPP Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of TCSEPP Coordinators who work directly with non-custodial parents involved in the child support system. Your job is to help build a strong, evidence-informed and trauma-informed practice across your assigned judicial districts—so families get consistent, high-quality support and participants have a real shot at stability.
LOCATION - This position is based in Carter, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington Counties, TN. It is Hybrid and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned county/counties.
SALARY - This is an exempt position with a starting salary of $61,000.
