The ideal candidate is a seasoned Oracle consulting executive who has progressed from hands-on technology and application delivery into complex global leadership roles. This individual combines practical Oracle delivery knowledge with the strategic, financial, and operational capabilities to lead a $200M+ global professional services organization.

The executive must be equally effective engaging a client CEO or CIO, reviewing global portfolio financials, resolving a challenged transformation program, developing an offshore strategy, and leading AI-enabled consulting delivery. Above all, the role requires an executive who connects strategy, financial accountability, operational discipline, client success, and technology innovation to deliver consistent, profitable growth at global scale.
