Legrand’s Engineering Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational experience designed for early-career engineers seeking future leadership opportunities. Participants complete two 18-month rotations across different Legrand locations and divisions, gaining hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Firmware Engineering. Rotations provide exposure to Test Engineering, New Product Development, and Project Management, where associates support product testing, design, documentation, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participants also engage in technical and professional development training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Upon successful completion, associates will be placed in a permanent engineering role at a Legrand location within the United States.
